If the contract provides for training of the Client's personnel to work with the device, then the training process takes place on the Seller's territory simultaneously with the shipment of products.

The ownership of the products passes to the Customer after the authorized person signs the shipment document and receives a certificate of completion of training.

If the contract with the Client does not provide for training, then the delivery of finished products is carried out by a power of attorney issued by the Client either to his employee or to a logistics company.
